4. Payments and Refunds

5. Hosting and Maintenance
Websites hosted on Media Express servers benefit from ultra-fast architecture. While we maintain 99.9% uptime, the Company is not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party infrastructure or global network issues.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the Client owns the front-end design and content of their website. Media Express retains the rights to any proprietary frameworks, code snippets, or "Express" methodologies used to build the site.
7. Media Ecosystem & SEO
Clients acknowledge that Media Express may utilize its proprietary ecosystem (including Polskie Radio USA and TheBestLocal.biz) to boost the visibility of the project as part of specific marketing packages.
8. Limitation of Liability
Media Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any delay in website launch due to incomplete client information.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, IL.
